This Privacy Policy explains how TODO: Your Company S.L. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the DLA application and related services (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you register. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier for that provider account.
• Learning data. The courses you enrol in, your progress, your current learning position, and your exam attempts and answers.
• Preferences. Your app language and exam language settings.
• Notifications. If you enable push notifications (mobile), a device push token used to deliver them.
• Technical data. Basic device and log information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

How we use your data

• Provide the learning experience and track your progress.
• Sync your account and progress across your devices.
• Send notifications you have opted into.
• Secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account from Settings, or request deletion via our Data deletion page. Contact TODO: privacy@example.com for other GDPR requests.
