Data deletion

You can delete your DLA account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

  1. Open DLA and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By request

If you can’t access the app, email TODO: privacy@example.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will complete your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, email).
  • Your enrolments, learning progress, and current learning position.
  • Your exam attempts and answers.
  • Your linked social sign-in accounts.
  • Your push notification tokens and active sessions.
